About NECIA x Calicá

Hi, I’m Calicá. I’m a Colombian DJ, producer and artist based in Basel, Switzerland. I’m also an activist for care in the party scene through my project Rave&Care. NECIA x Calicá is the space where I explore my art beyond sound.

Everything you see here is upcycled or handmade. That means everything is unique. I make slow, intentional pieces.

This project also helps me balance two things:
💸 My need to survive in an expensive world
🎨 My need to make meaningful art

Who's Calicá?

Calicá is my music producer and DJ alias, my full name is Arianna Ramirez Ramirez. Together, NECIA x Calicá is a mix of the visual and the sonic, the bold and the soft, the rave and the care.

What matters to me:

  • Supporting FLINTA & queer creatives. I’m part of a collective called Calorosa, for queers & allies.

  • Making pieces that feel personal, playful, and political.

  • Reducing waste.

  • Creating with intention.
